We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law and may offer a replacement or refund. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Full details are below.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

The parcel label (with tracking/reference visible)

The inner packaging (e.g. bubble wrap or cushioning)

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or result in rejection of your claim.
All claims will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
This may include:

A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or

A refund to the original payment method.
The chosen resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the outcome of our assessment.

We reserve the right to refuse claims where damage appears to result from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
