Order Processing
All orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During peak periods, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Timeframes

Local Pickup
We offer local pickup from Melbourne, Victoria.
If you select Local Pickup at checkout:

You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

This email will include the pickup location and available pickup time slots.

You must reply and confirm your preferred pickup date and time before attending.
Please do not attend the pickup location without receiving confirmation.
Orders must be collected within 21 days (3 weeks) of receiving the pickup-ready notification, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
If an order is not collected within this timeframe and we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, excluding any non-refundable processing or transaction fees.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your item.
Once the order has been collected, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the carrier.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, risk in the goods passes to the customer.
However, we will reasonably assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
